Changing Expectations
»A new report finds the main problem in getting the public to deal with our fiscal problems isn't opposition to tax increases or spending cuts -- it's their lack of trust in the government to spend their money wisely. |
Re: Man on the Street 2: Facts and Figures
This video was actually kind of funny. I do not think I would have known the amount of national debt either if it wasn't for my economics course. I liked how you educated people throughout the video.
Re: Man on the Street 2: Facts and Figures
It's shocking to see that not many people know about the economy. How can it ever be fixed if so few are aware! This was a great video. Hopefully those who watch it will help inform those around them. Excellent job!

This video was a really way to see what people really no about there economy, and it really shocked me to no that not very many people at all knew anything about it. I thought that this was a great video and it helped me to reliaze what kind of economy I am living in.

John,
Great job!!! I new that the debt is in trillions and the deficit was in billions, but didn't know the exact digits!! It is surprising that most young americans have no idea!!

This was really good! I myself did not know anything about the fiscal crisis until my Economics class. It's amazing how one person can open your eyes to all the trouble we are in!

Good job, you showed just how clueless most if not all young people are with this, and I am certain that most older americans just as clueless, we need to help all americans to understand the importance of this issue.

I love your video. At first, it was weird to know that many people did not know the seriousness of this situation, but, I realized soon that I also had not known and not been interested in economic problems even a couple of weeks ago. Nice video.
Re: Man on the Street 2: Facts and Figures
This seems that many people are not aware of the crisis we are experiencing right now!!! Generation Y. This is one of the biggest issues of our time, the global financial crisis. We can hear this all over the country. Sadly it would be harder for us to recover with the long-term recession we had experience and still experiencing right now. But your right there is other ways for us as individuals to help resolving this problem. Wise spending would be an effective thing we should do urgently. Massive layoffs and bankruptcy is a burden that causes depression!!!
